Bilingual Appointment Setter/customer Service

We are ACTIVELY hiring multiple people for this position for a rapidly growing cutting-edge law firm.

IMPORTANT: This is **NOT** a remote job opportunity. You will be required to work from the Zapopa office, in Mexico.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting basic research to investigate whether prospective clients’ claims have merit.
- Evaluating prospective clients’ claims to determine whether they’re in line with the areas of practice and experience of the firm.
- Onboarding new clients by filling out intake forms, harvesting data.
- Entering client information into different platforms.
- Performing administrative support tasks as assigned.
- Receiving Inbound calls for potential new clients.
- Making/Taking outbound/inbound calls to warm leads (150 a day) people who already looked for debt relief, SSD or Immigration assistance.
