Bilingual Appointment Setter/Customer Service

We are ACTIVELY hiring multiple people for this position for rapidly growing cutting-edge law firm.
IMPORTANT: This is **NOT** a remote job opportunity.
You will be required to work from the Guadalajara office, in Mexico.
**Requirements and skills**:
- You must know what it's like to dial the phone 150 times per day.
- You must be able to type and talk at the same time.
- You must have experience working on a CRM and dispositioning the outcome of each call.
- You must be willing to get your bonus according to production (time on phone and appointments set).
- You will be calling warm leads.
Not cold calling.
You must have a warm personality and like to talk with people on the phone.
This is not 'strong' selling.
This is relationship building.
