Bilingual Account Manager – Wealth & Brokerage Services
Location: Toronto or Montreal (open to either). Contract: 6 months with potential to convert. Pay: $25–$30/hour ($27–$30/hour as offered).
Hybrid work model – 3 days in office per week – business professional attire required.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned Portfolio Managers and Introducing Brokers.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal operational teams to ensure seamless execution of service requests.
- Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and platforms that impact clients’ day‑to‑day operations.
- Ensure prompt, thorough resolution of client issues, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
