Bike Share Toronto Community Engagement Specialist

Engage communities and increase ridership as a Community Engagement Specialist at Bike Share Toronto. Develop effective strategies to enhance advocacy, loyalty, and operational success throughout the city.

Reporting to the Director, Bike Share and Micro-Mobility, this role aims to achieve over one million unique customers aligned with BST’s 2030 Growth Strategy. You will focus on activating the customer base, designing campaigns for membership growth, and building strong relationships with local organizations. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll ensure all initiatives meet brand and customer experience objectives.
