Role Summary
The Bidding & Technical Lead heads the Philippines back-office and serves as the senior technical authority across the full project lifecycle (from pre-award bidding through post-award engineering and BIM delivery) for pools, spas, water features and aquatic construction projects in the Saudi market. The role is accountable for the technical quality, commercial competitiveness, consistency and timely delivery of every deliverable produced by the Philippines back-office.
The Bidding & Technical Lead directly manages three Managers; the Bidding team lead (pre-award commercial and estimation), the Technical team lead (engineering across pre-award and post-award) and the BIM team lead (post-award modelling, federation and shop drawings) and through them a multidisciplinary team of estimators, design engineers and BIM modelers.
