The Bid & Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end bid and proposal process ensuring the timely delivery of accurate, compliant and high‑quality submissions. This role requires close coordination with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Procurement, Service Delivery and Finance teams to consolidate input, prepare commercial and technical proposals, and maintain compliance with customer requirements and company standards. The Bid Coordinator also supports management by generating sales reports, maintaining proposal databases, and assisting with presentations and order documentation. The position plays a critical role in reducing risks, enhancing proposal quality and contributing to the organization’s overall business growth.
