Bid Response Specialist

This position is only accepting applicants already located in Costa Rica.
The Bid Response Specialist/Proposal Assistant will execute and deliver on specific tasks related to Public Sector Proposal opportunities supporting the Public Sector Sales organization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the intake of new opportunities.
Run the daily proposal huddle to coordinate assignments and document status updates.
Assist in completing proposals and managing timelines to final submission.
Interface with relevant teams for review and signature of required documents.
Upload bids to bid posting sites to meet submission deadlines.
Lead cross-functional teams to meet client-driven requirements and deadlines.
Develop and deliver professional comprehensive quality response documents.
Coordinate response teams and all required subject matter experts.
