BID / PROPOSAL MANAGER — EUROPE

Summary

We are seeking a Bid / Proposal Manager with a highly strategic profile and a commercial orientation to take full ownership of the bidding process for renewable energy EPC projects in Europe, with a focus on utility‑scale Solar PV, BESS and hybrid solutions.

This is not a purely administrative bid coordination role. The Bid / Proposal Manager acts as the owner of the project cost sheet and the commercial architect of each proposal, consolidating all technical, commercial and local inputs into a single cost file ready for presentation to the board, and bringing the market sensitivity needed to define winning price levels across the different European geographies.
