Responsibilities
- Managing our most high‑profile and complex bids across the full end‑to‑end process, supporting all aspects of the Global Pursuit.
- Leading the Bid Process (GPBP), from pre‑bid preparation and strategic positioning through to live bid phases and post‑tender interviews.
- Ensuring technical teams are fully equipped to respond effectively to client objectives and secure work through a best‑practice bidding approach.
- Overseeing the supervision and development of team members, while promoting and embedding best practice within the Global Pursuits Team.
