We are looking for Bid Manager for a leading Innovation Technology Company at Noida location. Position: Bid Manager Exp: 3 years Industry: ITS / Highway & Infrastructure Location: Noida Job Description: Search and identify relevant tenders through portals such as GEM, CPP Portal, NHAI, IHMCL, State Government portals, etc. Handle complete tendering process for TMS & ATMS projects. Prepare technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements. Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, scope of work, and technical specifications. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, finance, and technical teams for required documents and pricing. Prepare EMD, BG, affidavits, declarations, agreements, and compliance documents. Ensure timely submission of bids on online/ofline portals. Maintain records of submitted tenders, approvals, and project status.
