Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Bids & Strategy, Bid Lead is responsible for preparing complex and strategic proposals on behalf of the Nuclear Canada Business Unit. In this capacity, the Bid Lead is responsible for the proposal development lifecycle; coordinating and producing proposals in response to a client inquiry (Request for Proposals, Expressions of Interest, Tenders, Budgetary Estimates, Qualifications, etc.) while assembling a proposal team with the relevant service, product and business knowledge required to win. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work collaboratively with multiple functions and deliver under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
