BDP Quadrangle is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the growth of the Studio with well‑executed tasks to support BDP Quadrangle’s overall business objectives. This is a varied and exciting position in which you will engage with different principals, sector leads and directors to support a range of bid and marketing processes.
Overview of the role and responsibilities
The Bid Coordinator will report to the Associate, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, and work closely with leadership throughout all studios. As an integral member of the work‑winning team in a fast‑paced, highly energetic and creative environment, the Bid Coordinator is responsible for supporting the firm with coordinating and monitoring work‑winning information and activities, preparation of graphic bids and supporting the creation of marketing materials.
