What's In It For You
The Role of Bid Coordinator for the Prairies region will work closely with estimators, sales people, and customers to ensure requests that come in for us to quote get fulfilled.
What You Will Do
- Support the Prairies offices with bid coordination, and support the Calgary office with administrative duties.
For Bid Coordination
- Keep track of the request for quote emails that come through for all 3 Prairies' provinces.
- Input this information into Salesforce and assign the opportunity to an Estimator.
- Present a weekly calendar created through Salesforce to show what jobs are bidding.
- Assist the Sales Manager with analytics and dashboards through Salesforce to inform decisions.
