Responsibilities
- The BI Analyst will be responsible for the strategic alignment and ongoing monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all operational teams.
- This role will provide a uniform approach to performance measurement, tracking metrics such as Bad Orders, Cancel Rate, GMV Lost, and RT NPS.
- Data Oversight – manage databases, dashboards, and queries to support the understanding of daily and real‑time operations for a team of more than 20 members.
- High‑Impact Project Involvement – translate operational requirements into actionable data for projects such as Labor Reform in Colombia, Integral Analysis of RT Churn, and Detection of RT Real Vehicles.
