About the Role
The BI Developer plays a critical role in bridging day-to-day operational knowledge with data-driven insights by capturing, collating, analysing and visualising data from various source systems to support decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain deep insight into business operations, workflows, and the factors that drive organisational performance
- Work with stakeholders to capture and convert operational and regulatory needs into scalable data and analytics requirements
- Design, build, deploy and maintain data and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making
- Document solution architectures and processes, and drive continuous enhancements of existing solutions using industry best practices
