Position Overview

As the Beverage Manager, you will support, standardize, and elevate day‑to‑day bar operations across all outlets. You will lead the development of beverage programs and menus with a robust focus on brand values, consistency, and profitability—while partnering closely with operational leaders and bar teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend regular meaningful time behind bars during service (≈50% of working hours)
• Develop seasonal menus and feature cocktails/programs in alignment with partnerships
• Build brand relationships to maximize support and consolidate purchasing/ordering of liquor, beer and wine
• Manage inventory levels, tracking missing product and waste
• Oversee Bar Prep and Cocktail Lab operations
• Lead tastings and menu roll‑outs
• Provide ongoing training and support to bar teams to maintain standards
