Job Description

• Involve in tracking the latest beverage product/food service trends related to market dynamic and category segment to understand market landscape
• Develop and prototype beverage formulations across various categories, including energy drinks, sports drinks, carbonated beverages, juices, dairy beverages, teas, functional drinks, and other beverage applications.
• Optimize formulations for taste, stability, cost‑effectiveness, ingredient functionality, processing performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct bench‑top and pilot‑scale trials to evaluate product performance, ingredient functionality, and application suitability.
• Provide technical expertise and application support for beverage projects from concept development through commercialization.
