- Handling cash and paying out winning tickets
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Managing cash drawer accurately
- Assisting with customer queries and equipment issues
- Upholding Betfred SA’s professional standards
Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent (attach certificate)
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- Knowledge of horse racing and sports betting (advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must reside within 10–15 km of the Nyanga branch
