BESS Sales and Project Development Manager – Chile

Work Location: Santiago, Chile (long-term local assignment)

Responsible for local customer development, project acquisition, and integration of localized resources within the Chilean energy storage market, driving the sustained implementation and growth of the company’s energy storage business in Chile.

Core Job Requirements (Mandatory Qualifications)

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years sales or project development experience in the energy storage industry, with comprehensive knowledge of energy storage systems, batteries, PCS, or EPC project workflows.
• Local Track Record: Proven track record of commercial and industrial energy storage project sales (5‑20 MWh) or utility‑scale energy storage development and implementation in Chile, demonstrating hands‑on experience throughout the complete lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract signing and project delivery.
