Benidorm Transfer Agent - Emergency & Customer Care

MTS Globe is seeking a Transfer Agent to join the incoming agency in Benidorm. You will manage transfers, support pickup points, and ensure high-quality service through close communication with drivers and TTOO customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in similar roles, strong English, and the ability to work with IT systems, with knowledge of the Costa Blanca region and tourism-related studies preferred.
