Overview

The Benefit Specialist reports to the Benefits Manager and plays a key role in the Benefits Unit team as a subject matter expert, administrator and policy holder of the Province of Nova Scotia corporate benefits plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed explanations of benefits coverage, advice and recommendations to plan members (employees and retirees) and Human Resources staff.
