The Benefits Producer is responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining valuable relationships with prospects and clients. This is delivered by consulting with clients in the areas of employee benefits, and other associated human capital needs. How you'll make an impact
- Develop and acquire new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on mid to large-sized companies
- Participate in team sales situations with other producers, service and support personnel
- Develop a pipeline of business opportunities that are an appropriate mix of new clients and existing account expansion
