Benefits Operations Specialist - AMER

Position

Benefits Operations Specialist – an individual contributor role in the EOR (Employer of Record) Operations team that supports clients' global employment and Benefits programs. You will report to our Benefits Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide delightfully supportive service to Employees and Clients regarding Benefits across multiple areas:
  • Benefits plans attributes, such as pricing, coverage and claims
  • Benefits plans enrolment and unenrollment
  • Benefits invoicing / billing
  • Benefits Remote platform
  • Benefits vendors’ platforms
• Process and resolve tickets and escalations in Zendesk/e‑mail.
• Execute data‑related tasks carefully and precisely (preparation, entry, download, etc.).
• Define, detail and execute Standard Operating Procedures.
