Position: Benefits Operations Specialist – an individual contributor role within Remote’s EOR Operations team, focused on supporting and administering global employee benefits for our clients.

Overview

As a Benefits Operations Specialist you will support employees and clients across multiple regions, manage benefit plans, invoicing, vendor systems and Zendesk tickets, and drive process improvements with automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to employees and clients regarding benefit coverage, claims, and enrollment.
• Manage benefits plans attributes, pricing, coverage, and changes.
• Handle benefit plan enrollment/unenrollment.
• Process invoicing and billing for benefits.
• Coordinate with the Benefits Remote platform and vendor platforms.
• Respond to tickets and escalations in Zendesk/email.
