The Position

Benefits Operations Specialist – an individual contributor on the Employer‑of‑Record Operations team. The role provides support to employees and clients on Benefits programs across 90+ countries and drives process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide delightful support to employees and clients on benefits, including plans, enrollment, invoicing, and vendor platforms.
• Process and solve tickets and escalations via Zendesk and email.
• Execute data‑related tasks such as preparation, entry, and download.
