- Set the foundations for a scalable benefits marketplace — enabling multiple benefits to serve client needs across all core markets
- Ensure Benefits is well-connected to the rest of Factorial's platform, fulfilling its full value proposition
- Lead partner‑facing efforts in close collaboration with the Partners team to prioritize opportunities which unblock revenue for Factorial and maximize business impact
