Benefits Implementation Consultant

The Benefits Implementation Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring benefits administration solutions for our customer base. You will work closely with team members, as well as independently and confidently to manage your own workload. You’ll be able to understand customer requirements, design and deliver solutions that are aligned to their needs.

• Complete product configuration and quality control testing based on business requirements and project timelines.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex benefits administration technology and implementation concepts.
• Deliver quality services and establish goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes.
