We are looking for a Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic team of high‑achieving professionals dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Benefits Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing and supporting a portfolio of Group Insurance & Retirement (Pension) clients. You will provide group benefits consulting support, including design and financial management for our existing client block and prospective clients. The Benefits Analyst will work closely with internal business development, client management and leadership teams, interface with vendors, support client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met.
