Reporting to the Manager of Total Rewards, you will coordinate absence claims, manage documentation, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth program delivery. This position is vital for maintaining employee support and program success within a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee intake and tracking of employee absence claims
• Maintain confidential files and compliance documentation
• Assist with group benefits administration and reporting
• Communicate effectively with employees and external partners
• Generate reports to analyze administrative processes
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in HR, Benefits, or Total Rewards
• Relevant post-secondary education in Human Resources
• Excellent communication and time management skills
