Bell Captain & Shift Leader – Elevate Guest Arrivals

Nômade Temple Ibiza seeks a Bellboy Shift Leader to oversee the bell team and ensure seamless arrivals and departures for guests. You will coordinate luggage handling, guest transportation support, and lobby operations to set a warm, professional tone at check-in and check-out.

The role requires strong leadership, Spanish fluency, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced hospitality environment on Ibiza. EU work permit is required.
