About the Role
- To offer nurture and guidance to pupils, encouraging social, emotional, and mental health development.
- To use the radio and report any issues immediately
- To supervise pupils throughout the site and enforcing school policies, particularly regarding uniform, behaviour, and punctuality
- To patrol the school grounds to ensure pupils behave appropriately and proceed to lessons in an orderly manner
- To assist with the removal of pupils from lessons, as directed by a member of the teaching staff
- To be a first aider and respond to first aid call requests (desirable)
- To support the staff on-call system
