At Protocol Education, we know that supporting a child with significant behavioural needs on a one-to-one basis is skilled, demanding and deeply impactful work. This isn’t just about managing behaviour. It’s about understanding triggers, building trust and creating the conditions where a child can feel safe enough to succeed.

We are currently seeking a confident and experienced Behaviour Specialist to support one pupil with complex needs in a primary setting in BS12. This role calls for calm authority, emotional intelligence and the resilience to stay steady when things feel challenging.
