Behavioral Therapist - Team Lead

Position Title: Domain Team Lead (India) Reporting To: Head of Domain Role Overview: The Domain Team Lead will serve as the senior on-site domain specialist responsible for supporting implementation and coordination of domain activities in India. The role combines hands-on contribution to learning content development with field-facing responsibilities, including supporting client engagements, demonstrations, and training activities. Working closely with the Head of Domain and cross-functional teams, the Domain Team Lead will help ensure smooth coordination of domain work locally while contributing to the development, testing, and improvement of digital learning activities on the platform.
