Behavior Support Consultant for Students

Empower students as a Behavior Support Consultant with DSB1, focusing on crisis intervention and individualized support plans. Collaborate with educators to foster positive learning experiences through effective strategies.
Reporting to the Special Education Lead, you will assess student needs and develop tailored Behavior Support Plans and Safety Plans. Your collaboration with school staff will involve coaching, consultation, and feedback to ensure successful implementation of these plans. This role is vital in supporting students facing challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.
