The BAS Designate supports the daily operation of the Before and Afterschool Program and takes on supervisory duties in the Supervisor's absence. You will work primarily as an Educator, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality programming with a focus on mentorship. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and educators.
