Join StepStones for Youth as a long-term mentor who meets with a youth every 2-3 weeks for around 3-4 hours. Mentors are vital in providing guidance and forming strong, meaningful relationships with youth in the child welfare system. Ideal candidates will be patient, reliable, and able to commit to a minimum of 3 years of mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop supportive relationships with assigned youth
• Participate in varied activities that promote personal growth
