Beauty Quality Assurance Lead

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is searching for a Quality Assistant Manager to join their Global Quality team. This role is fundamental in managing product quality for Makeup and Skincare categories while ensuring that products meet high performance and quality standards.

The successful candidate will lead development testing, collaborate with internal teams and external manufacturers, and manage quality control processes for international exports.
