Overview
We’re looking for a Beauty Advisor who genuinely loves beauty, enjoys talking to people, and knows how to create a great shopping experience for every customer.
In this role, you’ll help customers discover the right products, share beauty tips, explain product benefits, and make sure every customer feels welcomed, understood, and well taken care of.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and help them find the right beauty products based on their needs
- Recommend and demonstrate products, explaining their benefits and how to use them
- Stay up to date with beauty trends, new launches, and product knowledge
- Provide friendly, helpful, and honest advice to customers
- Support the team with stock replenishment and keeping the store area neat and attractive
