You’ll be primarily responsible for the provisioning of services, including home phone, IPTV, and more. Reporting to the Tier 1 Technical Support Manager, you'll troubleshoot network issues with Cisco configurations and GPON systems, ensuring our customers enjoy seamless connectivity. Identify trends and assist various departments to enhance service reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
