As a
Business Development Representative,
you will negotiate, and look for new potential clients.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight brokerage, transportation, and logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate logistics solutions (LTL, FTL, drayage, warehousing, 3PL, etc.).
- Negotiate rates, service agreements, and contracts to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and track performance metrics.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
