As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, you'll be involved in designing scalable solutions that meet both internal needs and client requirements. Engage in process design and stakeholder collaboration to foster effective service management transformations. Your expertise will be critical in redefining workflows and ensuring the adoption of ServiceNow capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate process discovery workshops for improvements
• Align SysAid processes with ServiceNow best practices
• Define workflows, SLAs, and service models
• Liaise between technical delivery teams and stakeholders
• Assist in UAT and early-life support training
