- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Proven experience in business development for security guard services in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the UAE security services market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and close deals
- UAE driving license is an advantage
