Profile: BDM-KPO/Accounting Outsourcing-Surat-6 LPA

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Business Development, preferably handling clients in the USA, UK, and Australia.
• Experience in outsourcing, IT Services, Accounting, KPO, BPO, or service-based businesses will be preferred.

Salary Range: 35k to 50k  (Plus Incentives)

• Identify Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and generate qualified leads through market research.
• Execute personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other prospecting platforms.
