Bd Operations Executive (Web3)

Key Responsibilities1.Business Development Operations & Execution- Support end-to-end execution of BD initiatives, including partner onboarding, launch coordination, and ongoing relationship operations.
- Act as the operational point of contact to coordinate between BD and internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance).
- Track partner deliverables, timelines, and post-launch performance metrics.2.Partner Onboarding & Enablement- Coordinate onboarding processes for partners such as market makers, liquidity providers, brokers, and ecosystem collaborators.
- Support onboarding, API access, and operational readiness in collaboration with Compliance and Engineering teams.
- Prepare onboarding documentation, partner checklists, and internal SOPs.3.Deal & Pipeline Management- Maintain and update BD pipelines, CRM systems, and deal trackers.
