The Role (Apps Maintenance Specialist)
We're looking for an Applications Maintenance Specialist to join our SAP Cloud Team in Barcelona. You will work with a collaborative team where developers and business analysts maintain enterprise apps and improve backlog items for one of our key strategic clients. In this role you will serve as the operational hub of the service: the first point of contact for incident intake, the person who keeps SLAs healthy, and the link between end‑users, the engineering team, and the client. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager and work closely with the team every day. This is not a box‑ticking technical support role; it’s about connecting people, creating clarity, and enabling progress without unnecessary complexity.
