The Business Continuity Management Specialist will work closely with the Senior Manager, Business Continuity Management on the creation, management, and sustainment of a comprehensive enterprise‑wide Business Continuity Management program, ranging from quality assurance to incident management response.
Job Responsibilities
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Provides support and recommendations to Relationship Managers and employees filling Business Continuity roles based on BCM Policy, Guidelines, Mandate(s) and industry best practices.
- Complete health checks on plans in preparation for semi‑annual reporting and ensure data fidelity to facilitate accurate reporting.
- May be required to provide 24/7 incident management On‑Call support per schedule.
