Achieving True Self is seeking a BCBA to provide classroom-based behavioral support through a community partnership in Baltimore City.
This unique opportunity allows you to:
+ Support individual learners within classroom settings
+ Collaborate with teachers and classroom teams
+ Build staff capacity through coaching, modeling, and consultation
+ Make an impact beyond direct 1:1 services
+ Part-time morning hours available within the community partnership. Additional in-home or center-based hours available if desired.
Employees will receive an hourly amount between $75-$85 per hour for the position, based on experience. All training and onboarding, annual training requirements, as well as drive time will be paid at $15 per hour.
What qualifications do I need to join the ATS team?
+ A Maryland Behavior Analyst License (LBA).
