As an 18-month term Advisor, you will collaborate with managers, supervisors, and others to navigate HR matters effectively. This includes coaching on performance and attendance, managing workplace concerns, and implementing accommodations. Your strategic approach and strong relationship skills will be crucial in creating a positive workplace atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach leaders on performance management and HR processes
• Provide first-contact support for HR-related queries
• Coordinate attendance management and return-to-work support
• Conduct assessments of workplace issues and escalate when necessary
• Maintain performance evaluation compliance and support leaders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience
