In this role you will act as a technical expert and mentor within AMOC, handling complex escalations and driving operational excellence. You will shape standard operating procedures and lead process improvements to ensure service quality across multiple Amazon units. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain equipment reliability and rapid issue resolution. This is a 24/7 role that combines hands-on troubleshooting with strategic guidance to strengthen dispatch, vendor coordination, and escalation management.
