Battery Validation Engineer

Location: Bengaluru Work from Office (5 days a week)

The Role

Seeking a Battery Validation Lead to establish and lead validation efforts for battery systems. This role is critical in ensuring the safety, performance, and reliability of high-energy-density lithium-ion battery packs across their full lifecycle. You will own the validation strategy, testing infrastructure, and execution of rigorous validation plans to support design, compliance, and field readiness.

What You'll Do

• Execute DVP and homologation compliance tests of the pack
• Conduct BMS board level testing and validation
• Own Field data analysis for continuous product improvement
• Define and execute comprehensive validation plans for battery modules and packs covering electrical, thermal, mechanical, and environmental tests.
